Pastor Peg and her husband Joe live in Northport. They have two grown sons, Jody and Joel.

Pastor Peg is an ordained minister with the Evangelical Church Alliance; graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maine, Augusta; and received her master of divinity from Bangor Theological Seminary where she was the recipient of the Hoyt Hickman Award for Outstanding Liturgical Scholarship and Practice. She is a member of numerous church and community leadership organizations.

Pastor Peg joined John Street United Methodist Church in July 2010 as its permanent pastor.
